Nokia attacks Apple with own music service

The Finnish mobile telephone manufacturer Nokia still enters in this year into the sales of digital music. That announced the enterprise yesterday in London. Thus Nokia steps into direct competition to the Apple Musikdienst iTunes. “Nokia Music net curtain” starts first in Germany and sieved further European countries and should be available in the next year also outside of Europe.

Nokia wants to make itself more independent with new services of the pure Handy sales. “Only devices are not any longer enough”, said Nokia boss Olli Pekka Kallasvuo yesterday with the conception of the new Multimedia strategy of the company. Humans wanted to use that Internet over his original regulation.
